ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO REFUNDS; WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT.

Due to sanitation purposes, all sales are final. All items are quality controlled and checked for absolutely any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If you aren’t satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately within 6 days prior to receiving your order, no exceptions.

STORE CREDIT:
In order to be approved for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, & not stretched. The item must be in its original state. If an item is damaged in your care, it will not be eligible for return/store credit.

Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.

Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, lingerie and accessories are NON-RETURNABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL & are not eligible for store credit.

We do not offer exchange or store credit on WHITE items. 

If the exchange item cost more than your current item that you are exchanging, you’ll only have to pay the remaining balance.

We do not offer any exchanges, refunds/store credit on sale items or items purchased with a promo code or at a discounted rate. All “On Sale” items are sold as is.

You are responsible for purchasing all shipping labels for your exchange. We do not provide shipping for exchanging items.

We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order.
